Updates and Changes
campersAPP will evolve over time. Features may be available on a limited basis and are subject to change without notice. We may, at any time, change or amend these Terms (including modifying, deleting and/or adding any portion thereof). We recommend reviewing the Terms regularly to keep yourself apprised of any updates or changes. Using the campersAPP service constitutes your acceptance of the campersAPP terms and recent revisions.
campersAPP is directed to persons over the age of 13. You must be 13 years of age to use the Service. By accessing and using the Service, you warrant that you have the authority to do so.
To gain access to a customized mobile APP for a particular campground, you (the user) must be checked-in and staying at a campersAPP enabled campground. Upon check-in, the campground will issue a unique login key. The login key is only valid during your stay and will expire at check-out. The delivery services module deactivates at midnight, the night before your departure.
campersAPP modules and features will vary by subscription level and between campgrounds. Not all campgrounds will deploy the same features and therefore Users should expect an unique experience at each campground.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, including securing your campground issued login key. The login key will be linked to your name, campsite number and mobile number. campersAPP will not at any time ask, collect or store personal credit card numbers. Campgrounds that offer delivery services may request a credit card number upon check-in that will be used to process delivery requests from the Services Module. Any Service transactions are solely between you (the User) and the the campground. You agree that campersAPP LLC shall not be responsible or liable for any charges or disputes that may present between you (the User) and the participating campground you visit. If you are traveling with family members, and grant them access to your account, you are fully responsible for any fees that may incur should items be purchased using your login key. In addition, you agree to notify campersAPP immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Interactions with Other Campers
You are solely responsible for your interactions with other campers during the time of your stay. campersAPP is not responsible for the conduct of any camper (User) and shall not be liable for any losses or injuries that may arise, whether intentional or incidental, relating to (but not limited to) meet-ups, activities or communications with other camp goers.
Creating an Account
You do not need to register to use the basic tools within the APP including the flashlight, weather feature and compass.
If you are a Campground interested in subcribing to campersAPP, you can create an account by completing the registration steps outlined on the campersAPP website (www.campersapp.com/register.html). Campgrounds cannot transfer or share their login credentials or transfer their subscription to other campgrounds.
Some parts of the Service (for campgrounds only) are billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will billed monthly (on the 15th) or once yearly for an additional savings.
campersAPP’s content, which may include text, graphics, images, video, and audio may be owned by us or may have been provided through arrangements we have with others, including campgrounds, sponsors, or affliliates. By posting Content as part of the Service, you automatically grant campersAPP non-exclusive, transferable, worldwide rights and license to use, copy, store, play, modify and distribute the content.
Access to content and features will be dependent upon the campgrounds’ subscription level. campersAPP is not obligated to monitor or review the Content provided by campgrounds however if the Company learns of violations or finds content that is deemed harmful in any way to others, campersAPP reserves the right to delete the content and ban the person(s) in violation. Campgrounds are responsible for all of the content posted within their mobile APP including but not limited to text, photos, videos, etc..
Prohibited content is content that:
campersAPP owns and retains all proprietary rights for the Service and all the content included therein, including but not limited to trademarks, videos, text, designs, graphics, images, APIs, logos, software, content of others and computer code). Without campersAPP’s expressed written consent, the APP and Site cannot be used for commercial endeavors such as advertising and soliciting. You further agree to not modify or create derivative works from the copyrighted material, trademarks, or any other intellectual property. The Company will investigate and take legal action in response to any illegal or unauthorized use of the Service.
To enable us to provide you (the User) with an interactive personalized experience, campersAPP will need to collect information from you through our Site/App that will be used to enhance your experience. We will not share your personal information with third parties.
You agree that you are responsible for all data charges you incur through using the service.
Although it is our intention for the service to be available at all times, on occasion the service may be interrupted for scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or emergency repair.
Any material used or obtained through the use of the campersAPP website is accessed at your own risk. You waive any and all claims and causes of action regarding damage to your mobile phones, tablets and computers.
Users may not interfere or disrupt the Service, servers or networks connected to the Service, including transmitting virus, spyware, malware or alike.
